What do I do if I never received my order?

Use Contact Form. Or Send direct e-mail. If you would like to contact through social media, scroll to the top of website to find us on platforms. Receipts are needed. 

What do I do if I received a defective or damaged product?

Please e-mail me or contact me via social media along with receipt and picture of the product you receive. Once we have receive that, you will have the option to receive a new one or get a refund. 

How is the product made?

I use a third-party vendor who will make and also handles shipping your product to you. Digital Products are made by the creator of Kre8AD.
